You should separate "nudity" and "racism" one is ART and other is SHIT they are definitly not the same, and you can't report people for nudity because there is a nudity filter on deviantART (and an artistique nude section btw...).

But you can refuse nudity on your group, but do not affiliate it to racism

They are both explicit to the owner.
The owner wasn't comparing them, she just doesn't think both topics are family friendly. The owner of this group was 12 years old when she wrote that/made the rules so of course she's uncomfortable with nude art.
The owner wanted this to be safe for children like her, 12 year olds just don't want to see nude art. Many people just have different taste/views in what art is.
